Bought a beautiful item in our auction? Then of course you can’t wait to get your purchase in your hands. The auction house of Goudwisslkantoor offers various transport options.
Purchases must be collected or shipped within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. If goods are not collected on time, we will charge a storage fee. Unable to arrange pick-up or shipment? Please contact us, we will be happy to discuss the options with you.
During the auction or after each session, you can pay for your auction purchases and take them with you immediately. There is no need to make an appointment.
After the auction, we organise special pick-up days. Collection on these days is by appointment only. The exact dates and opening hours are listed in the auction information of the relevant auction.
How does it work? When completing and paying for your purchases online through our customer portal, choose ‘pick up from head office’. Then choose a day and time slot. You will then receive confirmation of the reserved time slot by e-mail. To make collection as efficient as possible, we kindly ask you to pay your invoice in advance online via the customer portal. If you still wish to pay on site, additional conditions may apply. Both during and after the auction, you can collect your purchases from the following address: Industrieweg 24, 3286 BW Klaaswaal. There is free parking in front of the door.
Are you unable to pick up your purchases in Klaaswaal? Then make use of pick-up via one of our locations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. With more than 150 Gold exchange offices, there is always a pick-up location near you. You can find the nearest location here. Collection from our offices is always free of charge. Please allow for a shipping time of 1-2 weeks after request.
How does it work? When completing and paying for your purchases online via our customer portal, choose ‘collection via collection location’. Then select the desired location. As soon as your purchases are ready for pick-up at the location, you will receive a pick-up confirmation by e-mail.
Would you like to have your purchases delivered to your home? To make the shipping of your lots as professional and efficient as possible, we work with Easy2Send.
They are shipping partner of more and more auction houses in the Netherlands and offer specialised transport services at home and abroad, ranging from simple courier services to transporting exclusive and valuable pieces. Their quotation price depends on the size of your purchase, the delivery address and any additional shipping options.
How does it work? When completing and paying for your purchases online via our customer portal, you choose ‘home delivery via Easy2Send’. They will then automatically send you a quote which you need to approve and pay for. We then arrange everything with EasySend.
Would you like to know approximately what the transport costs will be prior to an auction? Via Easy2Send’s web form you can easily and quickly calculate the shipping costs of your favourite lot(s) to your address. Or contact us via auction@easy2send.nl or (+31) 88 3300999.
Purchases from the categories of coins and banknotes can be shipped by our numismatic department. Shipping costs are calculated based on the invoice amount and delivery address.
How does it work? When completing and paying for your purchases online via our customer portal, choose ‘Parcel Delivery’ under ‘Collection & Shipping’. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically and added to your invoice. As soon as your invoice is paid, we will start working on your package. Depending on how busy it is, it may take a few days for your parcel to be dispatched. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as the parcel is picked up by the carrier. You can then track the status of your shipment yourself.
Do you work with a regular carrier more often? Then arrange your own transport and have your own carrier or courier collect your purchases. Please note that your transporter needs to pack the lots themselves!
